3. What We Do
Zelrano is an online retailer of engineered performance apparel. When you place an order, we ship the product to you and are entitled to payment for it. All products sold on this website are for retail sale and end-user consumption only, and are not available for resale. We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, per household, or per order, and to refuse orders that in our sole judgment appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. Eligibility & Your Account
By using this website you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. 5. Product Exactness
Product images on the website are for illustration. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display reflects the true color of the items, and your items may vary slightly from the images. All sizes and measurements are approximate, though we work to make them as accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. One promise sits above this section: our fabric technology claims are engineered facts, not marketing lines — what we say a fabric does is what it does.

6. Pricing
All prices listed on the website include GST at the prevailing rate, for which we are responsible as the seller. Prices apply only to purchases made on zelrano.com. Prices may change from time to time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already dispatched. Despite our care, pricing errors may occur: if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and any payment already made will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

7. Payment
On receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment method to confirm sufficient funds; goods are not dispatched until this check is complete. A security note that matters: no Zelrano employee will ever ask for your password, OTP, card number, expiry, or CVV — through any channel, for any reason. Anyone asking for these while claiming to represent Zelrano is attempting fraud, and you should report it to us immediately. We are not liable for losses arising from your sharing of such confidential credentials with third parties.
In plain words: We verify payment before shipping. We will never ask for your OTP or CVV — nobody legitimate ever does.
8. Coupons & Offers
Unless expressly stated otherwise, one coupon code may be applied per order, and coupons cannot be combined. Coupons carry their own validity periods and conditions, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated on the order value after discounts are applied.

9. Delivery
Delivery options and estimated timelines are shown during checkout and on your order summary, and vary by location. On placing an order you will receive an email summarizing the order and the estimated delivery time. Occasionally delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases we will proactively reach out to you by email and SMS. While we will always work to resolve delays, we are unable to offer compensation for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, exchange windows, and refund terms are governed by our Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: orders above ₹1,299 ship free within India; exchange and return requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery; refunds are issued as Zelrano Store Credit; and sale items are final except where damaged or defective. 11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and in connection with this website and our products — including the Zelrano name and mark, product names, fabric technology names and marks Including HexaTech™, DryFlow™, CoolGlide™, VersaTouch™, DeepSleek™, designs, copy, images, and campaign material — are owned absolutely by us. Nothing on this website grants you any license to use them. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without our express written permission.

12. Your Content & Feedback
